Its my birthday.
I was born today.
Roughtly at around 2:16PM.
Technically I was suppose to be a virgo, but I didn't want to leave my mother's womb at the time I was suppose to.
They forcably had to extract me from my mother.
In a non violent way.
obviously.
Guess how old I'll be?
So I decided to start to get away from making shirts (not completely, but less), and start to focus more on totes and pillow/plushy stuff.
But I'll still use my stencils as my main source of work.
I try to not get bored.
I say I'm bored but usually I am not.
I try to do something that I want to do.
I have been itching to take more pictures.
So I have been.
My dog makes a great model and she also equally makes a horrible model.
(Translation: she's adorable to take pictures of but she doesn't stop moving)
so I created another blog kind of thing.
Its not quite the same.
I am going to use it mostly to keep track of my favorite websites or interesting ones so I don't have to keep emailing them to myself.
I have too many of them.
I cannot keep track.
Plus tumblr seems more like a sporatic, random thing and that is how my mind works.
So it took 4 weeks but I have finally beaten the bronchitis out of me.
4 WEEKS!
that sucked.
A lot.
so now its a full woo hoo!

Went to Montreal this weekend.
It was fun.
I'm sure people were looking a little down on me because I don't speak french, therefore made me look like I didn't not belong there.
But its ok.
I just ignored it.
Just like a child ignoring a nagging parent.
Whatever, they got my money.
Old Montreal was probably the best.
People said it reminds them a little bit of parts of Europe.
I've never been to Europe, so I wouldn't know.
But it reminded me a little bit of Pike Place in Seattle, WA. Only Old Montreal was a little bigger than Pike Place.
And I love Seattle so I enjoyed it.
I went to Montreal to see Sigur Ros.
They were fantastic, but nothing beats their show at the Boston Opera House. That is one of my top 3 favorite shows I have gone to so far.
What are the other 2 you ask? (No particular order)
Belle and Sebastian (Avalon, Boston, MA)
Mew (Paradise, Boston, MA)
I'm a little bias though when it comes to Mew. They are pretty much my favorite band. They can play in a small venue and make it seem huge.
Belle and Sebastian are just a tight band and highly entertaining even between songs.
So overall, I had a good weekend.
Before I left, I made a shirt.
It was inspired by my canvas work.
Actually it wasn't really inspired but more taken from my canvas work.
yay!
Attack of the killer hand.
Like a bad horror movie.
So the tag sale on Saturday went pretty well.
Made about $70.
I was sooooo tired though.
I went to bed the night before at midnight and woke up around 6:30AM for the tag sale (need to get the early birds).
A friend came over the night before and just chatted away.
I'm pretty boring though.
I don't go and do exciting things during the weekend.
But apparently she was bored. So I guess a bored person and a boring person makes something exciting? or really REALLY boring?
Anyway, I was tired the next morning.
My dog was even tired.
But I'm glad i got rid of A LOT of stuff.
I took a nap after.
I did nothing that evening.
Its been quite a LOOOOOOOOONG time since I did nothing on a Saturday night.
Except for slightly updating my website.
But that's it.
I want to do more photography again.
My friend, the one who came over who was bored, is taking an intro to photography class. I miss photography. I haven't taken a photography class since high school. I wanted to take one while in college, but I didn't really have the money to take it.
I don't have the money to take it now.
But I decided that i want to take more photos again.
All the talk about photography made me want to take photos again on 35MM film.
NOT digital.
But I'll will still take digital photos.
And I'm still boring.
The puppet tells me funny secrets.
Today is absolutely beautiful!
Too bad I am trapped in an office (writing a blog) working.
Anyway,
So...
I'm moving.
Not right away.
But I have to sell my condo first.
And I need to get rid of a lot of things.
I am going to be having a tag sale to get rid of things I have no more use for.
I still have more stuff to go through.
But hopefully I'll have next to nothing.
I don't like having tons of things. It makes me feel needy with material possessions. Which I am, to a point. But I don't like all the stuff I get sooo attached to. I'm ready to give some of it up.
Goodbye stuff. We've had some nice memories.
Oh and the picture is not any of the the stuff I am getting rid of.
I feel like I am all over the place with my selling items.
I felt a little weary about my shirt ideas so I have been tapping into other things, such as my pillows and now my little wooden guys.
I hope it doesn't make others looking into my shop feel all weird and loopy.
Or makes others think I'm still extremely amature-ish and don't want to bother with my stuff.
Which I mean, I am kind of amature. This whole etsy/tshirt making/pillow/keychain thing is still really new to me.
I think I still need to find my niche, my voice, my meaning to be, or something ....
I do have more ideas for shirts so there will be more shirts.
I have been thinking of taking some of my images and also putting them on tote bags as well.
So there will be more of my wandering ideas.
Sorry.
In other news, I was in a blog. Nothing special but looking at the other shirts in there, I feel extremely honored.
